    Our portable Outdoor Cinema is one of the largest and most versatile Outdoor Cinemas in Australia.  With an 8m x 6m screen size it must be seen to be believed.

    • One of the largest outdoor screens available in Australia.  So large it can be used for crowds over 300, fill your huge carpark for a drive in cinema experience.

    • Included in the price is a popcorn machine and all the popcorn you can sell! We will bring the bags, buckets and give your team a quick training session on how to safely use it.

    • Not sure about the neighbours and the sound?  We can also provide wireless headsets so that the entire crowd can hear the movie, your neighbours cannot.

    • We can provide almost any 2nd run movie (just not those out at the movies at the moment)

      What’s the minimum amount of guests we need for an event?

      As little as you want.  We have used this screen to show Football finals to families.  We only charge a fixed fee for the screen so it is purely up to you!

      How does the pricing work?

      We charge a fixed price for the screen hire, setup and operational staff and delivery.  There are additional charges for the media played which range from free, to a percentage of ticket sales.  We can provide more information on this as required.

      What does Events Deluxe supply?

      We will supply all the equipment needed to run your movie, popcorn machine including popcorn, a small number of outdoor beanbags.  We also help with any artwork required, ticket sales and more.

      What do we need to supply?

      You will need to supply the venue and the guests.

      How long do your events go?

      As long as the movie or sporting event goes for.  For other occasions such as a screen for images at weddings ect, we can adjust the fee to your desired length.

      How long does it take to set up?

      Less than an hour, although we do like to set it up a little early.

      Are you available during the day?

      Sadly, as this is a projection screen, it is not great visibility during the day, so we recommend sunset as the earliest time to start the screen.
